Ashland Green & Solar Home Tour

Find out how homes can be more energy and water efficient, healthier and better for the environment. Participants will visit the Solar Pioneer II site, Ashland’s community solar electricity generating facility, and homes with rainwater harvesting, micro-irrigation, a horticultural greenhouse, solar electric generation, solar hot water, solar space heat, increased energy efficiency, healthier indoor air, and reduced environmental impacts. Learn about current technologies, and financial incentive programs to implement them.

Tour Fee?:

Register for $10.00 at the North Mountain Park Nature Center - Pre-registration for the tour is required!

Additional Instructions:

The tour will begin at 9:00 AM at the Ashland Civic Center, 1175 East Main Street. All tour participants will travel by buses to four home sites, with a bring-your-own lunch stop along the way, and return around 3:00 PM
