This home features roof mounted solar panels. Which have been providing the home with the majority of its energy needs for a few years. The family is very pleased with the system and loves being able to educate people about how they got everything set up.

Directions: off M-20, either east of Remus or west of Mt. Pleasant. Turn north on Coldwater Road at the blinking yellow light. Go nearly seven miles. Coldwater curves and changes into School Road. then dead-ends at Airline Road. Turn east and go 0.2 miles east to Roe Court and then turn north. There is a square white sign at the corner with Roe Court on it and the road looks like a driveway. There are just two houses on Roe Court. Ours is the brick house at the end.
