Two-speed pool pump
Owner Comments:
We got solar thermal because it is relatively inexpensive and has the quickest payback period out of all the renewable energy improvements, with the exception of solar pool heating. Being a drainback system with flat plate collectors, it will last for decades, paying itself off several times, if not dozens of times. By making nearly all of our hot water, it cuts our electrical usage by 25-30%, helping us do our part in eliminating frack drilling and nuclear power generation. Michael Hawa
