We welcome you to come and join the Kemery family in this years Knoxville Solar Tour on October 2nd . The tour will run from 7AM until 3 PM . This home is at 617 Weston Ridge Dr. , Walland , TN 37886 . This year we have added two Grid tied systems that are affordable and demonstrate smaller systems with one connected to Factory monitoring to prove performance . This system is a 2.01 KW system with 9 Solar modules each rated at 224 watts . Not shown at the rear of this same home is an off grid DC smaller system that has been operating flawlessly for 8 years , It provides lighting for the lawn storage shed and also lights the pool area at night . Installers will be on hand at this site and at the Solar Equipment Distributors Warehouse located at Kemery Company 2985 Hodges Switch rd , Strawberry Plains , TN where there is a similar ground mounted system 2.38 KW also available for closer inspection during this same time . The Installer at this site is Longo Electric . Dan Longo of Longo Electric will be on hand to answer any questions . The system in Walland is not monitored , but the system in Strawberry Plains is completey monitored and it will be live online at both sites via Computor showing the actual watts being produced and historical data showing the performance of the system live .
