Rick Scarlet and Gloria Johnson are on a mission. They have taken an existing home in Springfield and are gradually making it energy efficient. Strong believers in sustainability, their current project is the addition of a potable water cistern in their yard. A roof mounted solar array helps to offset their current consumption of utility provided electricity.
Rick is always happy to discuss his various sustainability projects and serves as an ambasador for sustainability in Springfield.
