This may be the largest Solar PV System in Alabama. 139 Sharp 175 Watt mono-crystal silicon cell modules combine for a 24 KW Grid-tie Solar PV System. 5 SMA Sunny Boy inverters connect the PV arrays to the power grid. This system generates more electricity than the family uses and sells the excess to the power company.
