Seminole Solar Home

I went solar first because of my concern about the climate crisis and how important it is to switch to renewable energy. As such when we built our house in 1984 we purposely selected a lot that would allow solar panels to be mounted on the south facing back of the house. Then in 2013 going solar became a cost effective alternative that has saved us much money over the years. Recently we added a few more solar panels on our east roof which should get us to net zero and it maximizes the amount of renewable energy we can install and stay in the Tier 1 classification.
