Sunset Bungalow Passive Solar Home by Sun Plans

The Sunset Bungalow was crafted by Bighley Construction in New Mexico as a spec home and sold immediately after entering the market. The one-story design in almost 2200 s.f. is by architect Debbie Coleman with Sun Plans. The main living areas and two bedrooms all face south as does the central sunroom. The front of the home faces west and the integral carport is on the north. The south glass is approximately 11% of the floor area with the sunroom being tolerant of the higher percentage of south glass. Thermal mass is primarily in the slab on grade floors.
