John and Tracy Net-Zero PLUS Home
This Net-zero Plus home was built in 2023 and is located in an energy-planned and environmentally sustainable subdivision, South Sun Estates on the Lake, near Rogers, AR.
This home is passive solar and was built using energy-efficient materials such as Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and Ice House Roof. Also, it has an 8.64 kW solar system and a 13 kw battery.
