The American Solar Energy Society‘s 28th Annual National Solar Tour aims to promote renewable energy awareness and increase the adoption of sustainable living practices. Are you interested in going solar or purchasing a sustainable system? Join in-person or virtual tours to gain insight from current owners!
Although the main weekend is October 6-8, 2023. In-person and virtual tours are happening all throughout the year.

Solar Party Barn
We installed solar panels on our timber framed barn, a barn that we rebuilt, it’s a gambrel style, the lower steep pitch has 30 250W panels and the upper shallow pitch roof has 15 250W panels. The ground floor is were we keep the vehicles, one is our Toyota Prius Prime hybrid that we charge.
There are also 30 chickens on site.
